This project, jointly initiated by Asia’s largest wheel wholesaler and the exclusive Philippine distributor for Michelin tires, and ICOOH, aims to develop a new brake kit for customers primarily using Toyota Prados. The requirements are to increase the fullness of the brakes while reducing their weight and improving braking performance. Due to the significant development challenges and the difficulty in achieving technological breakthroughs, the project was entrusted to ICOOH, the brand with core technical R&D 기능.

1. Proposed a dedicated vehicle modification plan
   Since the client specifically specified the Toyota Prado as the research and development target, ICOOH developed a dedicated vehicle modification plan based on local market needs, utilizing an integrated chassis.
2. Core data development, product model design
   After the modification plan is determined, ICOOH’s core technical team will conduct research and development, focusing on Toyota Prado’s vehicle data, and also conduct model design and 3D rendering.
3. CNC precision machining, production, and testing of the first kit of calipers
   After the 3D model is finalized, the ICOOH factory uses CNC precision machining to quickly produce the first kit of products.

   After the product is produced, the ICOOH brand sends it to a professional laboratory for various brake professional tests. 최종 테스트를 통과한 후, the ICOOH technical team will install it on the vehicle on-site and finally achieve success and realize mass production.

Improved Performance
순정 캘리퍼와 비교, the modified DM6 six-piston calipers provide enhanced braking power. They also offer a fast initial response and a good head start. The rear brake response is linear, with strong braking force that increases exponentially.

Improved Appearance
The upgraded calipers are larger and fuller, surpassing competing Brembo GT6 and AP 9040 모델. They also boast a more attractive appearance and are lighter overall.

This dedicated design fits the original wheels and tires, saving you the cost of modification. No flanges or gaskets are required, and no wheel bolts need to be replaced. It’s simpler and safer.
